Through the 'Edit Information' page, members can modify all input fields except the name verified by real-name or adult verification. If a member loses their ID or password, they can retrieve them via the ID/Password recovery options under the login menu. Members can request account cancellation on the 'Edit Information' page, and personal information will be handled according to relevant laws such as the Commercial Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
