USA Lotto Korea provides a lottery (Lotto) purchase agency service and does not directly issue or sell lottery tickets.
When you request a purchase agency for a US lottery ticket, staff from the local US agency company visit the lottery retailer daily during business hours to make the purchase.
Therefore, due to the physical time required for the US staff to travel between the office and the retailer and to scan the physical ticket, on the day of the draw for each game, you can purchase tickets up to 3 hours before the draw time for that round. If the deadline is exceeded, the purchase will be made for the next round, during which the prize amount is yet to be determined (the prize tally restarts if there are first- or second-place winners).

In Korea, lottery (Lotto) purchases are limited to 100,000 KRW per person per transaction; however, the US government and lottery authorities do not impose any purchase limits on lottery tickets.
That said, excessive gambling is strongly discouraged, and we at Miroko recommend that customers make purchases with careful consideration.
Persons under the age of 19 are not permitted to purchase US lottery tickets through Miroko, and are also ineligible to claim winnings if they win. |
Cancellation is not possible after submitting a purchase agency request.
Due to the time difference and operational processes between Miroko and the local US purchase agency company,
it is not possible to verify in real-time whether a submitted purchase request has been processed,
so cancellations after submission cannot be accepted.
